The goal of this initiative by Serge COLOMBARI, director of CEDAC of Saint Antoine-Fabron-la Costière, was to allow member artists of the CEDACs to exhibit their works to a wider audience during a day sponsored by Sacha SOSNO, the famous contemporary artist from Nice.
About 200 paintings were displayed, and three laureates in three categories (The 30th Anniversary Grand Prize; The Originality Award, and the Favorite Choice Award) were awarded prizes (see the attached list of winners).
The award ceremony took place in the presence of: Mrs. Hélène SALICETI, community councilor and deputy mayor, Mr. André BARTHE, deputy for culture representing Mr. Jacques PEYRAT, Mayor of Nice, Mr. Victor LAVAGNA, President of the CEDAC Group, Ms. Alexandra MASSON-BETTATI, Vice President of the CEDAC Group, Mr. Jean François MANASSERO director of the CEDACs, Mr. Paul TOMATIS, Mr. André GOIRAN, artist painter from Nice. This event could only be made possible with the support of the City of NICE and the participation of Caisse d’Epargne of the Cote d’Azur
