The “Café de l’Emploi” is an original initiative launched by the Community Youth Mission Objective Young People Nice Côte d’Azur. The objective: to allow young people looking for employment to meet recruiters, to freely exchange with them in a friendly setting over coffee, and thus offer them their application.
The “Café de l’Emploi,” a new concept in the Nice Côte d’Azur area, focuses on friendliness. The barriers that a resume or a cover letter might represent are removed, and the contact is direct.

Temp Agencies (Adecco, ADIA, CRIT, INTER’ANIM, Randstad), CFA of Carros for CASINO and Super U, Les Compagnons du Devoir, FORMAPOST, National Gendarmerie, GRETA for SAVELYS, ERDF, SPIE, Groupe MUST, Loisirs Séjours Côte d’Azur, Mac Donald’s, Nice City Hall, the French Navy, O2 Kid, RESTALLIANCE, SNCF.
The “Café de l’Emploi” is also an opportunity for companies to implement their societal commitment and optimize their human resource management by identifying potential candidate profiles.
For some young people, this operation will be the occasion of a first contact with a recruiter and a first job interview. They will have previously benefited from personalized preparation by professionals and advisors from the Local Mission.
This new recruitment method is an opportunity for the Community Youth Mission Objective Young People Nice Côte d’Azur to: promote the recruitment of young people; reduce the gap between young people entering the job market and the economic world to change perceptions on both sides; participate in the fight against hiring discrimination and promote equal opportunities.
