45 days after the Olympic Games and 20 days after the Paralympics of London 2012, many champions such as Alain BERNARD, Tony ESTANGUET, Charles ROZOY, and Emilie FER gather for the “Alliances of Sport 2012” in Antibes from September 28 to 30 with the aim of bringing together able-bodied athletes and parasport and adapted sport athletes for the same competition.
The founders of Organisation Sport Evènement (OSE), high-level athletes, champions of yesterday, today, and tomorrow, are launching the 1st edition of the Alliances of Sport 2012 “Two mottos, one flame”, a unique unifying event.
During a swimming and athletics “Alliance” meeting, the event will bring them together on the same track and in the same pool.
The objective is to merge these sports worlds into one event to showcase only one face of sport: extraordinary athletes united by the same passion.
The events will feature Stéphane DIAGANA, Alain BERNARD, and ambassadors of this new unifying adventure.
It is also an opportunity to showcase other athletes who are just as charismatic, less media-exposed, but who deserve to be known!
The motto of the Olympic Games is “faster, higher, stronger.” It is less known that the motto of the Paralympic Games is “spirit, body, soul.” Why such a distinction when these athletes are united by the same values and identical passion!
“Two mottos, one flame,” this is the motto and the leitmotif of the “Alliances of Sport.”
