· 11:15 a.m.: Demonstration: Vegan pâté “Speakeasy”
· 12:00 p.m.: Organic snack option; open circulation; slideshow on veganism and information.
· 1:00 p.m.: Demonstration of Tips for cooking grains and savory and sweet pastries without flour or wheat, “Speakeasy” recipe
· 2:00 p.m.: Animal protection speech by Jean-Luc SEGAPELLI
· 3:00 p.m.: Demonstration of sauce for grains
· 4:00 p.m.: Demonstration of homemade preparation of organic beauty products
