The traveling cinema is making a big comeback for the year 2022.
Access to culture is nowadays a crucial societal issue. This is why, for the past 20 years, the Alpes-Maritimes department has implemented a support program for small operators in the most remote municipalities of the department to enable them to offer a recent and quality film selection.
This year, the traveling cinema will start on March 30 and last until April 5. Most screenings will take place in the community center of each municipality. In total, 18 municipalities in the middle and upper areas of the Alpes-Maritimes will have the opportunity to discover films such as “Permis de construire,” “Notre-dame brûle,” “Un autre monde,” and “Maison de retraite.”
To find out about the schedule and screening times of the films, one should contact the cultural service of the municipalities. The screenings are completely free and accessible to all.
