The French team finished second (38″34) behind the Chinese team (38″24) in a tight race. Having been eliminated in the series in Tokyo, the adopted son of Cannes will run his very first Olympic final tomorrow.
The climbing prodigy continues her journey
In climbing, after her brilliant qualification in the bouldering final on Tuesday, Oriane Bertone will also be in the last stage of the combined difficulty event. Today, the Azurian found the tools to succeed in a semi-final dominated by Olympic champion Janja Garnbret, finishing in fifth place. This Saturday, the climber will compete in the two events in the morning, with barely two hours between them, hoping to win a medal.
