It’s this Friday, June 27th, starting at 6 PM, that the opening of the National Sports Museum will take place in Nice, in the heart of the Allianz Riviera Stadium.
The National Sports Museum opens its doors for free as a preview. On this occasion, it will be possible to visit the museum in the presence of top-level athletes and many personalities.
Dedicated to sports in all their diversity, from the most popular to the forgotten gems, the National Sports Museum is for everyone.
OVER 1,000 MYTHICAL OBJECTS ON DISPLAY
Among the exhibits, you will find the ball from the 98 World Cup final, Marcel Cerdan’s gloves, Marie-José Pérec’s spikes, Jean-Claude Killy’s skis, Yannick Noah’s racket, as well as Olympic mascots and torches. Not to forget the paintings by Maurice Denis, sculptures by Gustave Doré and Alfred Boucher, during a visit centered around the theme of challenge.
Finally, current events will blend with the history of the football World Cup through the presentation of posters, photos, and objects that have become iconic.
