Since its inception in 2018 on the Quai des Etats-Unis, the No Finish Line® Nice, a sporting and charitable event open to everyone, has taken on new challenges… and won them!
During the last edition in 2019, nearly 5,000 runners and walkers covered 70,713 km, which were transformed into 70,713 euros aimed at funding projects for disadvantaged or sick children on the French Riviera.
This year, a new sporting challenge is on the horizon to bring smiles to children’s faces!
Due to the Covid crisis, the No Finish Line® Nice 2021 will be virtual, from Wednesday, May 26th at 2 PM to Sunday, May 30th at 4 PM, with the goal of reaching at least 40,000 km!
With the 2020 edition canceled due to lockdown, No Finish Line® Nice relies on everyone’s participation to win this new bet and on the enthusiasm of its runners and walkers to excel!
A new challenge is therefore up for grabs but with motivating factors: A team of volunteers that is even more involved and enthusiastic as the race format is unprecedented; a No Finish Line® Nice that, for the first time, is accessible to runners worldwide simultaneously; optimized digital communication that will be continuous on social networks as it will be the main vehicle for contact, exchange, information, and the conviviality of the race; an ambitious distance goal in this new race format that will help collect thousands of euros to assist children even more vulnerable due to the global health crisis.
Instructions: tutorial! → Principle: run or walk in an outdoor location of your choice, as many kilometers and as often as desired. For each kilometer covered, No Finish Line® Nice commits to donating 1 euro (subject to collected funds) to support projects for sick or disadvantaged children.
