The start of the third edition of the Nice Mont Ventoux challenge, organized by Jean-Baptiste Wiroth (WTS), took place this Thursday morning at 8:30 am, from Blue Beach, located on the Promenade des Anglais.
The objective of this challenge is to offer unique sporting challenges to 30 business leaders. The concepts of effort and camaraderie are central. Through sports, the aim is also to promote a healthy lifestyle, whether on a physical, mental, or even emotional level. Around thirty business leaders, including 9 from the French Riviera, will take on the challenge this year.
This action, carried out over 400 kilometers of cycling between Nice and Mont Ventoux, is also for a charitable purpose in support of the “Le Point Rose” association, which aids children in pediatric palliative care.
The business leaders will accomplish several objectives during the 3 non-timed stages that will take them to Mont Ventoux. First of all, importance will be placed on regular physical activity. Then, the business leaders will experience a collective sporting adventure and will have the opportunity to establish privileged professional contacts. Finally, they will also be able to discover Provence.
