At Vauban Stadium, Le Cavigal Nice Basket 06 is organizing its first 3-on-3 tournament, on June 18 and 19.
This event is a first in the city of Nice and will be open to everyone aged 12 to 19. For the younger ones (under 12), there will be an opportunity to discover basketball with an introduction organized and supervised by the Mini-Basket School of CNB06.
The SUMM3R NICE BASK3T is aimed at everyone, but especially at that part of the young population that practices sports outside of clubs. Our goal is to popularize this sport to make it more accessible to young people facing social and economic challenges. The project was recently implemented in the Vésubie Valley, in the Upper Nice area.
Throughout the weekend, participants can watch breakdance demonstrations, all set to hip hop music mixed by local DJs. A giant screen will be set up to offer video game animations as well as real-time edits of the matches.
