In the context of the Tour de France of the Diversity Charter, IMS PACA, responsible for the Regional Platform of the Diversity Charter, organized the 5th edition of the Diversity Charter Awards in ProvenceโAlpesโCรดte dโAzur.
These Awards recognize, at the national level, the most innovative and high-performing companies in terms of diversity management and the fight against discrimination.
The award ceremony took place at the premises of Caisse dโEpargne Provence AlpesโCorse, in the presence of 70 representatives from regional companies and institutions and Sylvie Savignac, General Secretary of the Diversity Charter.
The jury of the ProvenceโAlpesโCรดte dโAzur Region, composed of regional stakeholders committed to diversity (AGEFIPH, CCI ProvenceโAlpesโCรดte dโAzur, DIRECCTE PACA, Maison de lโEmploi de Marseille, MEDEF PACA), praised the commitment of the companies and awarded prizes to four companies, including two from the Azure region.

The “Taking the Stage” training developed by the Humphrey Group, which received the Professional Gender Equality Award, is delivered by 12 IBM trainers in different regions of France, including 4 in the PACA region.
GSF Jupiter (Vallauris, Alpes-Maritimes) Disability and Employment Award presented by Patricia Marenco, Regional Delegate PACA, AGEFIPH
In order to comply with and exceed the legislation on disability in the workplace, GSF Jupiter created the “Disability Unit” in 2007, which implements its actions around two main axes: recruitment and integration of employees with disabilities into teams, and support for individuals throughout the execution of their employment contracts.
