An active participant in the nonprofit sector for 20 years, Carrefour is organizing the 9th edition of “Les Boucles du Cœur” from May 6 to June 30, an event created by the group to support associations helping children in need.
Customers and employees can participate in “Les Boucles du Cœur” by making a donation directly at the checkout using flyers available in the store. Another option is to purchase joint-support products (bouquets of flowers).
Events are also scheduled on May 15, May 29, and June 29, featuring the sale of chouquettes, brioches, and roses.
Carrefour is mobilizing for eight weeks to support associations working for children. “Les Boucles du Cœur” are organized for the benefit of numerous local structures throughout the country and one national association, “Everyone Against Cancer.” The 2018 edition raised 2 million euros, with 200,000 € donated to the Fondation de France.
The supported association
This year, Carrefour Nice Lingostière has chosen to support the Adrien Association, which helps sick children with various illnesses by organizing outings, trips, or any other activities that can improve the spirits of children and their families. The funds raised by the hypermarket will contribute to the creation of “Maison d’Adrien,” a holiday center dedicated to sick children and their families.
