Respect for the site, its topography, preservation of notable trees (centuries-old olive trees, rows of cypress and pine trees…), contemporary developments, especially the main garden designed around circles of slabs, create a unique relationship between the built and the botanical environments.
The renovation of 3,000 square meters of terrace is underway, including the creation of a “hanging garden” that offers a view over the entire city and the Baie des Anges.
