– Professor Moise NAMER, a professor of endocrinology at the Antoine Lacassagne Center, has been organizing specific courses for professionals and the public on the management of this pathology for 25 years.
The program is “AntiHER2 Treatments for Metastatic Breast Cancers,” featuring presentations by Professor Namer as well as speakers Jean-Paul Guastalla (Lyon) and Sylvie Ménard (Milan).
Early detection remains the best way to fight this disease. The earlier a cancer is detected, the easier it will be to treat it and limit the consequences for the patient.

– Since 2008, as part of the cancer prevention policy, the city of Nice has decided to optimize screening for this disease, in collaboration with the APREMAS association, by generalizing double reading of mammograms and raising awareness about screening among women aged 50 to 74 in Nice.
These information campaigns have resulted in a spectacular increase in demand, around 15% per year over the past three years, and thus in earlier screening of this disease for a number of women.
