The concept of sustainable development has emerged as a response from institutions and businesses to societal concerns and those of certain NGOs regarding the environmental and social impacts of the activities of major economic agents.
All sectors of activity are involved in sustainable development: agriculture, industry, but also services such as sports, tourism, and leisure.
Thus, it is these last two issues that will be addressed in this conference.
