The Night of Orientation is a national event, organized by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI), held at 44 sites in 2011. Facing the diversity of careers and the multitude of training courses offered, choosing a career path is difficult and often stressful for young people and their families. To facilitate this important step, the Night of Orientation was created to “orient without stress.” In a friendly and festive atmosphere, middle and high school students and their families can meet in one place and in one evening the key contacts (from career guidance and business) to help them envision their professional future and give them the tools to decide on their orientation.
With its experience and expertise in initial training and apprenticeships, the CCI Nice Côte d’Azur, involved daily with business leaders, is mobilizing and organizing the first Night of Orientation, with participation from more than 60 professionals in many sectors such as commerce and sales, industry, health, IT, communication, aeronautics, hospitality and tourism, automotive, construction, environment…
Festive activities and meetings with professionals set the rhythm of the evening to create a convivial atmosphere and moments of relaxation.
