- Partnership agreement with Nice Côte d’Azur for the development of the ALLO MAIRIES contact center. It is proposed to the City Council to approve the terms of the partnership agreement between the city of Nice and NCA regarding the development of the ALLO MAIRIES contact center.
- Statutes of the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community as of December 31, 2009 – Election of five new representatives of the city of Nice within the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community following Carros’ membership and the resignation of a community councilor. It is proposed to the City Council to elect 4 additional community councilors of the city of Nice to the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community following the prefectural order amending the community’s statutes as of December 31, 2009, and Carros’ membership. It is also proposed to replace a community councilor who resigned from his position as city councilor of Nice.
- Local security and crime prevention contract: creation of the Council of Rights and Duties of Families (CDDF). Law no. 2007-297 of March 5, 2007, on the prevention of delinquency introduced major changes in many codes, notably in the social action and family code. This text responds to two major orientations:
° make the mayor a true pivot in crime prevention, endowed with legal and financial means;
° prioritize actions towards young people in difficulty, primarily through parental support and the role of schools.
One of the innovations introduced by this law lies in the gradation of interventions with families, with the introduction of a new level at the municipal level: the Council of Rights and Duties of the Family. It is proposed to the City Council to approve the creation of this Council, to set its composition and establish its internal regulations.

- Opinion of the City Council on the draft Local Urban Plan decided on January 29, 2010. In April 2008, the City Council decided to relaunch the procedure for developing the Local Urban Plan (PLU) for Nice. After debating the PADD orientations on April 3, 2009, it is proposed to the City Council to give its opinion on the PLU draft decided on January 29, 2010, by Nice Côte d’Azur.

- New rules for financing sustainable social housing – Anticipation of Grenelle II
It is proposed to the City Council to approve the new rules for financing sustainable social housing. This program aims to be incentive-based to encourage builders and social housing organizations to achieve high energy performance in their new construction, acquisition improvement, and rehabilitation operations. The city of Nice anticipates the implementation of the measures from the Grenelle environment agreement.

- All Together: Municipal days with people with disabilities.
The city of Nice annually organizes, in close collaboration with local associations dealing with people with disabilities, animation days. This event will take place this year from May 31 to June 4, 2010, at Castel des deux rois or any other available site. The proposed activities will be subject to competition, in accordance with article 30 of the public procurement code. It is thus proposed to the City Council to approve the aforementioned operation and to authorize the signing of the acts and documents related, with the estimated budget being approximately 27,000 euros covered by the city.

- 10th Nice Short Film Festival “A Festival is Too Short” from April 20 to 25, 2010: objective agreement between the city of Nice and the Héliotrope Association. It is proposed to the City Council to approve the objective agreement between the city of Nice and the Héliotrope Association within the framework of the 10th Nice Short Film Festival “A Festival is Too Short”, from April 20 to 25, 2010, and to grant a subsidy to the Héliotrope Association amounting to 19,700 euros for the organization of this event.
- Cinétoiles – Outdoor cinema screenings at the Théâtre de Verdure. It is proposed to the City Council to organize the first edition of “Cinétoiles,” open-air cinema sessions during the summer period, within a diversified program at the Théâtre de Verdure.
