“The Web TV is now an integral part of the web, and we wanted to bring our skills and expertise to offer an interactive and multimedia website enabling communication on the net that combines performance and relevance. We conducted a full-scale test with Nicexpo for the 2010 edition of the Nice Fair, and we are in contact with other companies for major local events, but it’s still a bit too early to discuss it,” explains Renato Ferrari, manager of the company Komunicom.
The principle of this Web TV is to allow the tracking of an event through video reports, editorial articles, photo galleries, and many other services like polls, games, or even “live” sequences. While this type of product already existed in Europeโthe Geneva Motor Show has been using this type of platform for a few yearsโit’s a first for these young companies from the French Riviera that have been working on this concept for a few months.
It’s worth noting that the production and editing of the reports are done internally by two former Image Reporter Journalists from M6 Nice, who are now collaborating with the biggest television channels in France and abroad. “We wanted to offer a solution as qualitative as it is practical to use, and by collaborating with the Komunicom teams, everyone’s skills made it all possible.” Claude Elkaรฏm and Denise Delahaye from the company Dot Prod have long worked on optimizing their images and today offer a high-quality audiovisual output.
A new 100% Nice product that will certainly soon be talked about and is already of interest to two major events on the French Riviera in the worlds of sports and music. Stay tunedโฆ
