From Friday, April 30 to Sunday, May 2, the Plans Festival Committee, with the support of the city of Carros, is organizing the Strawberry and Local Flavors Festival at Louis-Frescolini Square in Plans de Carros. Come meet local producers and participate in the numerous activities prepared by the organizing team… Don’t forget to taste the famous strawberries from the Carros region!
Here is the program for these 3 days of festivities:
Friday, April 30
9 PM: Youth evening with the band Child In Time, organized by the PARI Mix’Cité association. Entrance: €3 (one drink included). Free shuttle back to Carros from midnight. Info: 04 93 08 84 63.
Saturday, May 1
2 PM – 6 PM: Exhibition and sale of local products and tastings.
Animal farm. Attractions for children.
2:30 PM / 3:30 PM / 4:30 PM: Cooking workshops for children
(with Yann, chef of the Crystal d’Or).
8:30 PM: Pistou soup and dance party hosted by the band Europa.
Adult: €30; Child: €15. Pottery included. Venue: ECOVIE Hall (ZAC La Grave).
Sunday, May 2
10 AM: Music mass under the marquee.
11:30 AM: Honorary aperitif.
11:30 AM – 6 PM: Exhibition and sale of local products and tastings.
