Day of the Feminization of Professions organized by the Employers’ Union of the Alpes Maritimes (UPE 06) at the IPAG premises.
Several employer organizations will be represented to discuss their actions in this area:
A workshop debate is scheduled for the morning
The workshop will bring together prescribers (Pôle emploi, PLIE, ML, Cap emploi, associations…, SIAE…,), companies, and women, allowing the identification of obstacles and areas for improvement in mobilizing women.
Afternoon: plenary conference and presentations of partnership agreements between professional branches (notably FNTV, UIMM) and the Nice Metropolitan Community in the presence of officials from Nice CA, UPE, Women’s Rights and Equality, and the SPE, among others.
Testimonies from companies, partners, women, and experts will punctuate this day within the framework of ongoing actions (transport, metallurgy, etc.).
A team of 5th year IPAG students created the visual for the program and helped organize this Day, initiated by the “Gender Equality and Diversity” working group of the UPE 06 employment training commission, in partnership with the Departmental Mission for Women’s Rights and Equality.
