-The Villa Arson is a public institution that has been pursuing for nearly 40 years a vocation of training, research, and dissemination of creation, bringing together a higher art school, an art center, a media library,
and an artist residency. The school is organized into 5 centers: painting, drawing; sculpture; publishing, photo; digital center (sound, video, multimedia); general culture and theoretical teachings.
A 3 to 5-year curriculum is sanctioned by 2 state diplomas: the DNAP and the DNSEP.

-The national higher school of art at the Villa Arson is one of the 7 national schools located in the region under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Communication. The educational orientations, driven by a team
of artists, historians, and art theorists, offer a progressive path marked by 2 state diplomas: the National Diploma in Fine Arts in the 3rd year (DNAP) and the National Higher Diploma in Visual Expression
(DNSEP) in the 5th year, recognized at the Masterโ€™s level (starting from 2012).

-The school offers the possibility of pursuing a curriculum in the immediate vicinity of an art center and benefiting from interaction with artists in
residence. Each year, contemporary creation actors are invited to meet and work with students. Embedded in the European Higher Education Area, the school also provides theoretical education (art history, history of ideas, aesthetics, language) and develops various research programs in art.
Organized into 5 centers (with only one Arts option), the workshops are oriented both towards so-called traditional techniques (painting, engraving, lithography, screen printing, publishing, ceramics, wood, metal, photo) and new technologies. A production and teaching center based on digital technologies offers the possibility of experimenting with all the manipulations related to image and sound production and diffusion, as well as deepening research in the fields of videography, computer graphics, sound, publishing. Students have access to vast workshops where they organize their personal work, and a โ€œtrial galleryโ€ allows them to experiment on a large scale with their productions.

The Villa Arson participates in international exchanges by welcoming students and artists from various nationalities. Unique in its kind, the Villa Arson thus actively contributes to the emergence of new talents and the formation of many creators who are essential figures in the contemporary art scene.
