From September 15th to 19th, 2010, the second edition of the Nice Regattas took place. Around thirty sailboats were in competition. On the first day, onlookers could admire a 1928 Cambria, a 1908 Mariska, or a Tuiga dating from 1909. It was a great opportunity to discover these traditional sailboats. The starting signal was given from the Bay of Angels. While the event was indeed a race, spectators could also attend a parade of dresses made from boat sails presented by the association “voiles et voilages.” The award ceremony took place on Saturday, September 18th, 2010, at 6:00 PM.
