The Maison de lโEnvironnement invites you on Saturday, May 21 from 10 AM to 5 PM to the Bread Festival in celebration of Nature Festival week and Saint-Honorรฉ (the patron saint of bakers).
This festival will take place with the theme of friendliness, sharing, and enjoyment! The idea is to highlight this healthy and natural product that faithfully accompanies each of our meals every day.
The Program for the day:
Exhibition on the following themes:
- The different seeds used for bread-making and the organic sector.
- Bread and our health.
- The history of Bread and its presence in European countries (difference from France, consumption, trade …).
Numerous gourmet activities centered around bread:
Baking workshops for:
- organic sourdough and regional breads;
- pizza;
- pissaladiรจre;
- focacciaโฆ

Free workshops for children:
