On Sunday, May 22, the finale of Super Grandma France 2011 will take place at the Palais de la Méditerranée at 4:30 PM.
Created 15 years ago by Fabienne Ollier, this competition aims to pay tribute to these “new generation” grandmas who are dynamic, full of zest for life, and have managed to find the right balance between their family life and societal activities (volunteering, humanitarian work, etc.).
On Sunday, 12 contestants will compete for the title of Super Grandma France 2011. One by one, they will take the stage to showcase their talents and present a performance (singing, dancing, painting, sketches, storytelling…). Then, the children and grandchildren will introduce their grandma in an original way, through texts, reports, songs, etc.
The jury, composed of celebrities, will be chaired this year by actress Corinne Touzet.
On the occasion of this finale, Geneviève de Fontenay will be elected Super Grandma “Stars’ 2011”.
