Corinne Paolini, author, journalist, and publisher, will present the fourth book in the “Carnet d’inspiration” series, published by Encre d’Or.
The Carnet d’inspiration in Nice intertwines the literary, artistic, historical, and culinary heritage of a blue country blessed by angels. In this work, Corinne Paolini captures her encounter with a highly inspired city, whose windows open up to the world and creation, through words, images, illustrations, and unpublished documents.
Alongside Corinne Paolini, writers (Didier Van Cauwelaert, Raoul Mille, Christian Loubet, Gérard Lhéritier…), restaurateurs (Christian Plumail “L’univers,” Dominique Le Stanc “La Merenda,” Jean Denis Rieubland “Le Chantecler-Hôtel Negresco,” the Tourteaux brothers “Flaveur” or Jean-Luc Allain “Le Safari”…), photographers, and illustrators take us on an artistic, sensory, luminous journey through Nice.
