The Marine World Discovery Center presents “Dive into the deep sea and go free-diving with Guillaume NERY and Michel SEGONZAC”
Meet the silent world and its inhabitants on Friday, February 17 at 8:00 PM at the Phoenix Park, 405 Promenade des Anglais, 06200 Nice, in the Linnรฉ room (Promenade des Anglais side) with Guillaume NERY and Michel SEGONZAC.
Guillaume NERY (world record holder and champion in deep free-diving) will present his sport, his training, and his records through images. His film FREE FALL will also be shown. Discover the incredible journey of this “dolphin man”!
Michel SEGONZAC (Honorary Attachรฉ from the Aquatic Environments and Populations Department at the National Museum of Natural History in Paris) will share the latest discoveries of deep-sea inhabitants. This mysterious and fascinating world will be presented through a video from IFREMER’s Nautile and photographs of little-known fauna.
This conference will be followed by the screening of the film “Incredible Suckers” by Mike DEGRUY (Silver Palm winner at the World Festival of Underwater Images in 1996).
