The world of air transport is a growing sector, enjoying a strong image, but the diversity of professions it encompasses is still little known.

To make this universe more accessible, Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur is organizing an aviation careers forum, aimed at 600 middle and high school students from the Alpes-Maritimes region whose classes have been registered by the National Education system.

This event will take place on February 16 and 17 and will allow students, through stands and conferences, to learn about careers in air transport with nearly 30 stands: airlines, airport assistants, administrations, airport managers, etc.

It will be an opportunity to discover training programs, engage with recruiters, and gather career testimonies, among other activities.

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is the second largest airport in France with 10.4 million passengers in 2011, covering 105 direct destinations and 59 regular airlines in 2011. It is also the only regional airport to offer a daily route to New York and Dubai and is the leading low-cost airport in the province, with over 3.4 million passengers and 17 airlines. It also hosts a significant business aviation clientele (3rd European airport after Le Bourget and Geneva) in a dedicated terminal.

Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur is a limited company with a supervisory board and management board, managing the Nice Côte d’Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu Airports.
