On Thursday, February 16, 2012, the 4th gourmet meeting of the academic year by “Les Toquissimes” will take place, featuring the twice Michelin-starred chef Bruno Oger! In addition to creating a menu on the theme “A Stopover in Venice,” Bruno Oger will give a cooking class to the four student winners of the “A vous la toque!” contest.
The CROUS of Nice-Toulon and the Recette Magique continue their collaboration, started in 2008, to introduce students to gastronomy in university canteens. Bruno Oger, the two-star chef of the gastronomic restaurant La Villa Archange in Le Cannet, has created the menu that will be executed by the university canteen teams on that day. This is the first collaboration between Bruno Oger and the CROUS for Les Toquissimes!
The gastronomic lunch (starter, main course, dessert) is offered to students at the price of 3.05 euros, the price of a student meal ticket.
By answering an online questionnaire, students will have the chance to win a cooking class on Thursday, February 17 with Bruno Oger at the Carlone university canteen in Nice.
