The Eagles of Nice will travel to the Belougas of Toulouse on Saturday, March 23, for the 26th and final day of the French D1 Championship. The match will kick off at 8:30 PM at the Blagnac ice rink.
Itโs the last day of the regular season before the playoffs! The championship remains very close, everything is still open! The Eagles can still be in the top 4 of the championship (a Nice victory in Toulouse, a Reims victory in Montpellier, and a Bordeaux victory in Dunkerque are needed), and the Belougas can still be saved if they win the match against the Eagles and Annecy loses to Mont Blanc!
Needless to say, the match will be very tense, as both teams will want to end the regular season with two victory points!
Stan Sutor’s men must now prepare for the quarterfinals to be held on March 30 and April 6 or 7. It is important to deliver a quality performance for this last day of the regular season.
At the end of the match, we will know the opponent of the Eagles for the quarterfinals.
