Through the Seniors Citizenship Delegation, the city of Nice organized the second painting and sculpture competition from February 4th to March 4th as part of the “Senior Arts Week.” This art-focused competition aims to honor those who, upon retirement, have engaged in life paths that fully fulfill them.
This initiative is part of a wide range of activities designed to enable seniors to find full personal development by engaging in the field that best suits their personality (singing, dancing, art, writing, sports, travel, conferences…).
Nearly 100 seniors from Nice registered for this painting and sculpture competition, creating works that will be exhibited on Wednesday, March 27th and Thursday, March 28th, at the Mediterranean University Center.
Tomorrow, Thursday, March 28th, at the Mediterranean University Center, the prizes will be awarded to the winners of the painting and sculpture competition by Jean-Michel Galy.
