It is organized by the General Council in partnership with the Departmental Sailing Committee, the Departmental Canoe-Kayak Committee, the Nice Nautical Club, Cannes Youth, the Cap d’Ail Nautical Circle, the Var Sea Club, the Antibes Yacht Club, and the Cagnes-sur-Mer Sailing School.
The 7 handiplages of the Cรดte d’Azur will each host a stage of the Handi Voile 06 tour for two consecutive days, from July 11 to August 13.
Open to all, it is the second part of the Handi Voile 06 plan that offers, throughout the year, specialized structures, establishments, and associations the opportunity to benefit from free nautical activity sessions provided by partner clubs.
– In 2010, 470 people were able to appreciate nautical experiences thanks to the 650 outings organized during the 5th Handi Voile 06 tour.
The proactive policy of the General Council for handisport, through its various initiatives (Handi Voile 06, Handi Ski 06, Handi Tennis 06, and Handi Equitation 06), was rewarded with the Silver Territoria Award in 2010.
