This has been the case since last December. At the Atelier de Tam, just a stone’s throw from the port of Nice, she offers a whole series of cooking classes for children, adults, and even adults & children in duo.
Macarons workshops (€55 with 25 macarons), Passion for Chocolate (€76), Prawn ravioli with chorizo (30-minute lunch €19), parent-child cupcakes (€38)… there is plenty to enjoy among the fifteen or so workshops, and as success is assured, it is better to book in advance.

Thursday: Lunch and Oenology Workshops.
Friday: Market Return and Niçoise Cuisine Workshops.
Saturday: Passion Menus, Pastry, and Cupcakes Workshops.
After that, you just need to invite the Griotte to your place to taste what you have learned.
