On Thursday, May 16th, at 8:30 a.m., at Lycée Sasserno (room 201), ruelle des prés, and at 3:30 p.m., at Lycée du Parc Impérial (room 202, building B), 2 avenue Paul Arène, the 85 students from the final, first, and second-year classes of Lycée Sasserno and Lycée du Parc Impérial will receive the Nissart Prizes for their performance in the 11th “Dictada Occitana en Nissart” competition.
This contest took place in 45 cities across Occitanie and in Barcelona, Catalonia. The text for their test was by Alan Gasiglia, a Nissart poet (awarded in Italy in 2012 for this text “L’achent d’aquí”).
The prizes will be offered by the “Centre Culturel Occitan País Nissart e Alpenc,” consisting of books, booklets, magazines, and CDs in Nissart and Alpenc.
This will be an opportunity to encourage the final-year students who will be taking the Nissart exam for the Baccalauréat, starting May 21st.
