We must continue the mobilization to ensure that a real traffic plan for the entire neighborhood is developed to avoid congestion, and especially to accelerate the implementation timetable, as according to initial indications, the works would not begin until 2014 with completion at best in 2017.
After 4 years lost since 2008, we cannot wait another 5 years and 55 million vehicles.
