On Friday, July 6, 2012, at 3:30 PM, Mr. Eric Ciotti, Deputy, President of the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, and Mr. Fernand Blanchi, President of SEML Habitat 06, General Councilor, Mayor of Valdeblore, Vice-President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, will inaugurate the Maison des Solidarités Départementales Nice Lyautey, in the presence of Mr. Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of Nice Côte d’Azur.
A Maison des Solidarités Départementales covering an area with more than 46,000 inhabitants
This space brings together the Maisons des Solidarités Départementales (MSD) of Pasteur and Saint Roch and houses a total of 60 medico-social professionals.
A true one-stop shop, the MSD Lyautey caters to all residents of the Saint Roch and Pasteur neighborhoods, regardless of their age, situation, and needs. Nearly 30,000 people were received in 2011 at both MSDs (Nice Saint Roch and Pasteur).
A structuring operation for the neighborhood
The 3,200 m² of office space dedicated to the MSD is part of a real estate program carried out by Habitat 06 on the site of the former gendarmerie, made available by the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes. This operation also includes the construction of a residential building and a daycare center.
