The Ambassador of Qatar, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Jaham Al Kuwari, will award the “Richness in Diversity” Prize to two laureates tomorrow, Thursday, July 12 at 5:30 PM, at Villa Masséna in Nice, in the presence of Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice and President of Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
This Prize was created in 2011 and symbolizes unity in diversity, fraternity, and generosity. It is awarded to French people of foreign origin and aims to “appreciate the talents of people from diverse backgrounds in various fields.” It has been awarded to over 50 personalities and associations in about twenty French cities.
This award, in the shape of a hexagonal shield, recognizes the actions of women and men who embody the wealth that comes from dialogue between cultures and civilizations.
