Starting from very low and even below zero, this Italian, son of a mason, has built his life through hard work. “If you only want to work office hours, it’s clear you won’t succeed. You have to know what you want! To succeed, you have to give yourself the means to do so.” And the means, Nicola Frassanito gave them to himself by drawing strength from within to fight never to hit rock bottom, to be imaginative, and to move forward…
His resume? As a child, he decided to become a pope but was dissuaded by a feminine encounter… Until the age of 30, he worked with his family in the construction sector. Then he became a salesperson in the dietary supplements field and even the best salesperson! In 2004, he “dared” to create his own dietary supplements company. “I invested all the money I had into my new project, ready to start, once again full of enthusiasm. I am capable of doing anything when I truly believe in something,” he assures. In April 2004, the PhytoQuant company was born in Monaco. In less than ten years, his business met with great success. “In life, if you have desire and willpower, you can achieve anything!” he says.
But what is the “driving force” behind Nicola Frassanito? “Money has never been the main driver of my motivation. Sure, money is important, but it doesn’t occupy the top spot in my decisions. What propels me forward is seeking excitement in creating connections and realizing meaningful projects,” he responds. Nicola Frassanito has a multitude of projects and ideas: “My mind is often buzzing,” he assures.
