Friday, July 27, 2012, from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, the sports caravan will make a stop in Nice on the Promenade des Anglais (opposite the Maison du Département) to offer the public the chance to participate in free supervised sports activities.
Initiations to inspire new vocations
Supervised by facilitators, children aged 4 to 16 will be able to try out several sports activities for free, including athletics, fencing, trampoline, and badminton.
In 2011, between 100 and 200 children participated each day in the workshops, totaling over 1,700 young people throughout the tour.
Team 06 contest draw
On this occasion, the final draw of the contest organized as part of Team Conseil général 06, the group formed by the General Council to support the department’s athletes selected for the London 2012 Olympics.
15 prizes, all signed by our champions, are still up for grabs, including: the jersey of Xavier Barachet, the shorts of Alain Bernard, the racket of Alizé Cornet, the sweatshirt of Yannick Agnel.
