The month of August will be particularly rich in events in this small village whose charm has already won over many inhabitants of the coast, who take pleasure in reconnecting with their roots, in this not-so-distant past where people knew how to take the time to appreciate time.
There will be something for everyone: conferences, concerts, and exhibitions throughout the month will be there for the greatest pleasure of those who appreciate authenticity. We will highlight two major events:
August 4th and 5th: The Arts and Traditions of La Brigue with the 6th regional publishers’ fair where local writers will meet the public to share their passions. It is undoubtedly a weekend not to be missed. True history enthusiasts will be delighted.
August 18th and 19th, La Brigue invites bargain hunters and lovers of antiques, all those objects with a soul, witnesses of the past and of our ancestors. The flea market for a castle will be, in its own way, a journey through time that will be appreciated by enthusiasts.
It is easily understood, the festivities of this village in the La Levenza valley, on the road to Morignole and Notre Dame des Fontaines, are essentially focused on tradition and customs. La Brigue awaits you throughout this summer. Be assured of receiving a warm welcome. Enchanted, you will return to La Brigue not as a tourist, but as a friend.
