The chef Ratatouille, well-known among the children of Nice, has invited 8 renowned chefs into his school and daycare catering kitchen (23,000 meals per day) on the occasion of the 23rd edition of the Taste Week, which will be held from October 15 to 19.
Chef Ratatouille has invited his friends, adorned with stars and highly recognized, to prepare menus that will be served by the students of the Lycรฉe Hรดtelier et du Tourisme Paul Augier.

Miche Devillers (LโAne Rouge in Nice), Alain Llorca (Restaurant Alain Llorca at La Colle sur Loup), David Vaque (Le BistrO Gourmand in Nice), Christian Plumail (LโUnivers in Nice), Christian Willer (La Palme dโOr – Hรดtel Martinez in Cannes), Jean-Claude Guillon (Grand Hรดtel in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat), supplemented by Jean Montagard (Specialist in organic and plant-based cuisine) and Noรฉmie Honiat (French dessert champion in 2011).
