Since September 14, 2012, the students of Ipag Nice have been on the airwaves! The brand-new Media Manager Master’s program at the business school wasted no time in creating its own web radio platform: Radio Ipag!
Antoine, Caroline, Eeva, Emeline, Fiorella, Héloïse, Thomas, Tristan, and Vanessa are the lucky ones who seized this opportunity. Guided by professionals Franck Viano and Angélique Alasta, the goal of Radio Ipag is to provide an experience both in the studio and in the field.
Mission accomplished!
During the first broadcast, they began their professional experience by interviewing guests, but not just any guests! Indeed, Benoît Kandel, First Deputy Mayor of Nice, Marc Concas, attorney at the Nice bar, Denis Zanon, Director of the Nice Tourism Office, Noémie Honiat and Norbert Tarayre, contestants of Top Chef, and many others spoke into the microphones of the Radio Ipag team.
Caroline, a Media Manager Master’s student, had the chance to interview Dominique Estrosi Sassone https://www.dominiqueestrosisassone.com, Deputy Mayor of Nice, in charge of Social Affairs and Solidarity. She describes this “exciting, enriching, and professionalizing” experience as “a real asset on my CV,” she enthusiastically recounts.
The adventure for our students does not end there. In a few weeks, they will host their own shows on Radio Ipag, first in podcast format under live conditions and then in “live” broadcasts. Student advice, sports, culture, music, press reviews, and news: all topics will be covered!
They attended the opening night of the 7th Cinéalma Festival in Carros last night, and you can find them on October 19th live from the CCI Nice Côte d’Azur from 9 am to 12 pm for a special program at the heart of the Ecobiz Forum. On the agenda, the local enterprise and trade, major local entrepreneurs, representatives of the CCI. A dive into the economic and entrepreneurial world that will be scrutinized this week by the MMM students who are already sharpening their questions!
