A key player in apprenticeship training (automotive, aerospace, pharmacy, and healthcare sectors) as well as initial education (International School of Nice), the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI also promotes training to improve the professional integration and qualification access of young people (aged 16 to 25) facing specific employment access challenges.

As a partner of the Local Mission of Nice, the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI has been participating in the “100 chances 100 jobs” initiative since its inception in 2009 and now aims to contribute to promoting Future Jobs.

Five young individuals have just joined the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI through a Future Job type contract. Three more will join at the beginning of 2014. Starting January 24, 2014, the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI will, for example, offer four of them training to obtain a Diploma in Commerce Engineering and Management, designed with the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

Alternating with their operational missions, they will thereby gain a significant three-year experience and a degree-level training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree, allowing them to envisage a concrete professional future tailored to business needs.
