The Association of Students and Alumni of the Hotel and Tourism School of Nice is organizing this Thursday, October 25 at 6:00 PM the traditional “Back-to-School Bar” at the restaurant “Baie des Anges” at the Paul Augier Hotel and Tourism School in Nice.
This first event of the school year aims to facilitate reunions around a tasting that will have a double aspect: gourmet and educational.
This year, the selected theme is: “Cupcakes in All Forms & Wine Tasting from Domaine Ste Croix”
Coming straight from the United States, Samuelle Aveau will introduce the art of Cupcakes in both sweet and savory versions! Very popular in the 1950s, the cupcake was made for all sorts of occasions: birthday parties, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or even Christmas.
Nowadays, it delights young and old alike, specialized shops are appearing all over the Côte d’Azur, and some restaurants and tea rooms are adding them to their menus!
During our Back-to-School Bar, Samuelle will have us taste this artisanal and organic specialty, as well as Woopies for which she alone has the secret.
You will discover and taste quality wines from Cathy and Christian Pellepol, winemakers, operators of a Var estate “Ste Croix La Manuelle” (which is next to the Thoronet Abbey) will present their latest cuvée.
