The black diamond “Tuber Melanosporum” is meeting at Rouret on Sunday, January 11th, for a day dedicated to gastronomy and authenticity!

On the program:

A large local, gastronomic, and artisanal market will be held in the village square, featuring the sale of truffles and truffle trees, with the presence of the Truffle Growers’ Union who will be available to answer all questions.

Throughout the day, truffle-hunting dog demonstrations will be organized in the square.

In the morning, guided and narrated tours of the truffle plot in the communal woods will allow you to discover how the delicate black truffle is cultivated!

At 3:00 PM, a conference on “the cultural management of a truffle plantation” will provide an opportunity to complement the morning tour of Rouret’s truffle fields with some theory…

Finally, at 4:30 PM, a free tasting of a truffled dish prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Ettlinger will reveal all the flavors of the black truffle to your palate!
