THE EVENT
The ultimate festive race, combining running and costumes, immersed in the atmosphere of the famous Nice Carnival, the Rock ‘N’ Roll Nice 10 Miles of the Carnival will kick off the first weekend of the Nice Carnival festivities. THE COURSE
16.1 km (10 Miles) of flat and fast course along the famous Promenade des Anglais across both lanes, similar to the Prom’Classic in January, with a U-turn at the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Runners will finish their race with a passage through the port, arriving with music at the heart of the Nice Carnival, on Place Masséna.
LIVE BANDS AND CARNIVAL ATMOSPHERE
A unique concept from the United States, blending sport and rock, the Rock ‘N’ Roll Nice 10 Miles of the Carnival is a first in France and will be a unique experience for you to enjoy! To encourage participants and boost the spectators’ good spirits, rock music bands will play live along the course, transforming the 16.1 km into a joyful, colorful, singing, and festive serpentine. A grand rock concert will welcome the happy finishers of the race at Place Masséna, which will be decorated with the giant displays of the Nice Carnival for the occasion.
