Jacques Peyrat claims the paternity of the Alzheimer Institute.

Jacques Peyrat remains very attentive to the institutional initiatives of Christian Estrosi, which could be construed as disguised electoral propaganda. Furthermore, in a previous statement, he had already warned the outgoing Mayor and announced an appeal to the vigilance authority.

peyrat-17.jpg Mrs. Bernadette Chirac, former First Lady of France, visited the Alzheimer’s Institute in Nice, accompanied by Christian Estrosi, before an inauguration scheduled for March 10 by the former President of the Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, just 13 days before the first round of municipal elections to be held on March 23.

“However, this unique partnership project between the Nice University Hospital and the Claude Pompidou Foundation was initiated and launched by me during my second term as Mayor of Nice from 2001 to 2008,” declared the candidate for the office he has already held for two terms.

And he clarified: “It was indeed for this reason that Madame Claude Pompidou was elected Woman of the Year in Nice in 2005 by the Nice Presence Association, which was then chaired by Monique Peyrat, my wife, and she was presented with the trophy created by the famous sculptor from the School of Nice, Arman,”

An “I did that” moment pinned or simply forgotten in the Alzheimer’s file!
