The village of Saint-Pierre in Carros, developed by Kauffman & Broad, was designed for a friendly and practical daily life.
At its inauguration were present the civil authorities and elected officials, headed by Charles Scibetta, mayor of Carros, in addition to Stéphane Gress, regional director Var and Côte d’Azur Kaufman & Broad.
Located in the heart of the eco-valley of the Var plain (a major economic project of the Alpes Maritimes, Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis), Carros* actively participates in the significant program that supports the region’s future, promising strong economic activity.
This dynamic combines with Provençal authenticity to create a living space synonymous with comfort and well-being, to which the new village will contribute.
It consists of three residences — with 114, 138, and 54 apartments respectively, one of which has a pool — composed of small buildings of 2 to 3 stories, each housing 22 to 32 apartments.
Imagined as a village around a central square rich in shops and designed to promote the spirit of living together.
