The cost of this project was financed by the City of Nice, the National Agency for Urban Renewal, the CAF of Alpes Maritimes, Europe (FEDER), and the Regional Council, totaling more than 1.6 million euros.

The building, with an interior area of 913 m2, allows parents and their children to benefit from a collective multi-care facility with 40 places on the ground floor, open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM only for children aged two and a half months to 4 years.

In addition to a toy library with games for children under 6 years old, a versatile parent/child space is also available to provide the following services: Registration point, permanence of the Info Family Point of the City of Nice, legal permanence of the information center for women’s and family rights, and a place for collective meetings run by a social worker from CAFAM.

To harmonize all activities, a multidisciplinary team of 19 agents works at the center. In addition, during occasional interventions, a pediatrician, a psychologist, a musician animator, the Registration Point agent, and the caretaker also contribute.

This Resource Center promotes social cohesion, strengthens intergenerational links, and allows better support for families.
