The Mediterranean University Center (CUM) of the City of Nice is organizing an exceptional meeting with American novelist Douglas Kennedy.
The world-renowned writer will present his latest work “The Moment” (Belfond Editions).
A passionate love story set between present-day Maine and Berlin before the fall of the Wall, between the vibrancy of the West and the confinement of the East under terror. “The Moment” is a captivating novel about destiny and the “moment” that changes everything.
Douglas Kennedy currently lives between London, Paris, Berlin, and Maine. Author of three travel narratives, he made his mark with, among others, The Big Picture (1998) โ adapted for the screen in 2010 by Eric Lartigau with Romain Duris in the lead role โ The Pursuit of Happiness (2001), A Special Relationship (2005), The Woman in the Fifth (2007), and Leaving the World (2009).
