For several years, the City of Nice has been developing activities during lunchtime. In this spirit, themed meals and activities are offered: Italy at the table, Festin dei cougourdon, Christmas menus, activities on the theme of food groups and the principles of a balanced dietโฆ

After the Loire, Garonne, and Rhรดne, he was inspired by Spring for his 4th and final activity and offered the favorite specialties from his river journey on the Seine.
On the menu for preschools, a Parisian salad was offered as a starter. For a mixed and balanced dish, chicken strips with Normandy sauce and for the meat-free menu, pollock with Nantua sauce were accompanied by a sautรฉ of young carrots and round potatoes. A Brie was served before the cheesecake for dessert.
The theme will conclude in elementary schools this Thursday, April 17th. And the specialties of French river cities will not be missing from the children’s plates.
